Returns and exchanges
At The Surfcar, our goal is your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If the product is different from what you expected or the size you received is not yours, this is our return and exchange policy.
Returns
Returns are FREE in mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and countries within the Continental European Union.
You have 15 days to return your order from the moment you receive it.
Returns will result in a refund equal to the purchase price of the returned product(s), except if a promotional voucher has been used, in which case it will be discounted. Shipping costs, if applicable, will not be refunded.
To return a product, it must be unused and in perfect condition, including accessories, documentation, and original packaging.
In the case of defective products, or products that do not match the order, you must return them through our collection system.
To make a return you must follow these steps:
- Please contact our customer service department at pedidos@surfcar.com, providing the following information: - Order number. - Name and surname. - Collection address. - Product you wish to return. - Reason for the return. - Date you would like us to collect your return.
- Once we receive your return request, we will confirm the pickup date and instructions for preparing the package for the shipping agency to pick it up via email within 1 to 3 business days.
- Once we receive the merchandise and check its condition, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount.
Changes
If a product doesn't meet your expectations or you need a size exchange, you must process your return for a refund, following our return instructions. If you're interested in a different product or size, proceed with a new purchase. The terms and prices in effect at the time of purchase of the new product will apply.
